The Head Contract (HC-1) templates are used for traditional fixed-time construction contracts. Pricing is determined based on a lump sum, a schedule of rates, or a combination of both.
Depending on the extent of the design completed prior to engagement, the HC-1 can be used for:
- construction only
- design and construction
- document and construction delivery.
