ServiceConnect provides a seamless way to access services across Defence.
ServiceConnect can be accessed anytime, anywhere – both on and outside of the Defence network.
Access
To access ServiceConnect outside of the Defence network, click on the ServiceConnect Digital ID button using myID – the Australian Government's trusted Digital ID app.
Users must have a 'Standard' identity strength in myID to access ServiceConnect outside of the Defence network.

My Base
Easily access key information, maps, and contact details for major Defence bases across Australia.
My Forms*
Find, submit, track, and approve digital forms, with fields pre-filled based on the personal details available in an existing ServiceConnect profile.
My Service Request
Submit minor estate upkeep and base service requests.
My Travel*
Complete international travel budget calculators for oneself, someone else, or a group.

Request and receive Australian Defence Force (ADF) member’s personal information online.

PostingConnect*
Support ADF members and their nominees through domestic postings that include a removal.

My Australian Defence Exports (MADE) portal
Apply to export or supply controlled goods, technology or services, and submit foreign work authorisation requests.

* For security reasons, some services and features are only available to customers with a valid Defence email address. For full access to ServiceConnect outside the Defence network, users must verify their Defence email address by visiting the Profile tab in ServiceConnect, after logging in using myID.
