Version 2.1 effective 23 August 2024
Standing Offer for Goods and Maintenance Services template should be used when establishing a standing offer where goods are to be acquired and/or maintenance services are to be provided.

Standing Offer for Goods and Maintenance Services template version 2.1 incorporates the following changes:
- new provisions to align with 1 July 2024 updates to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, including the introduction of the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct
- new Australian Standard for Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) Clausebank optional clauses for procurements subject to the Australian Skills Guarantee Procurement Connected Policy
- a reduced threshold for mandatory consideration by officials of the economic benefit of a procurement for the Australian economy
- implementation of the revised Defence Cost Principles
- various other updates in Defence policies and commercial standards.
In addition, minor typographical and grammatical changes have been made, along with updated web links and references.
