Version 2.0 effective 1 September 2021
The Linkages Module (Strategic) template is designed to assist procurement staff 'link' the Strategic Materiel and Support templates where a decision has been made to issue a single request for tender that covers both acquisition and support.
Further guidance on when to use the linkages modules has been included in the Contract template selection and tailoring guide.
Linkages Module (Strategic) template version 2.0 incorporates the following changes:
- revised defect liability provisions
- new provisions to align with the Technical Data / Intellectual Property Framework.
Other new changes reflect the amendments made to the baseline Strategic Materiel version 4.0 and Support version 4.0 templates. Please note that there will be new versions of these templates released shortly for Enhanced Australian Industry Capability changes and the Linkages Module will be updated to reflect these changes once both the Strategic Materiel and Support templates are released.
In addition to these changes, minor typographical and grammatical changes have been made to both templates, along with updated weblinks and references.
