The former Haberfield Army Reserve Depot has been divested in accordance with the Commonwealth Property Disposal Policy.
The property is 1.9 hectare located at 140A Hawthorne Parade in the suburb of Haberfield, Sydney.
Four lots were sold to private contract holders and one lot transferred to Council for community open space.
On 27 March 2025, Defence’s appointed sales agent completed an auction, where all 17 lots were sold under auction conditions.
