Defence families have shown and continue to show remarkable resilience and adaptability. As we head into a new year, we are hopeful that we see positive progress with the challenges that we continue to face.
In our cover story Meret shares the joy she finds living in the amazing Pilbara area and how her family have embraced the remote location.
In our feature stories Josh shares what it’s like to be a stay-at-home dad to his baby daughter, while Kane recalls the challenges of completing his final year of secondary school from two countries and Kaylee explains how growing up in a Defence family has shaped her own career.
There is some great information about managing the uncertainty of the current environment, followed by the stories of two Defence partners who work with special needs families, and others who have made volunteering a way of life.
