Defence work experience activities are designed to be hands on and interactive so that young people can make informed career decisions. Defence is committed to providing a national work experience program designed to:
- demonstrate the wide variety of interesting careers available within Defence
- promote Defence as an employer of choice
- and assist in the development of the skills of young Australians.
Opportunities are available for both secondary and tertiary students and participants must be 15 years of age or over at the time of the placement.
