Defence is undertaking planning and due diligence activities to inform the future divestment of 20 Hurst Street, Magnetic Island.
Defence is currently working with the Townsville City Council who has expressed interest in acquiring the site via an off-market sale in accordance with the Commonwealth Property Disposal Policy.
