Implementation & Operation

The Strategy is supported by a dynamic Defence Environmental Implementation Plan. The Implementation Plan sets out the strategic actions and supporting activities that Defence will pursue to address the five strategic aims in the Strategy.

Progress and Review

The performance of the Defence Environmental Plan will be reported to the Enterprise Business Committee annually and be monitored through the Defence Environmental Management Forum and Infrastructure Group Business Plans.. The first progress tracking data collection occurred in November 2017.

The Implementation Plan will a dynamic document to ensure it reflects current Government direction, Defence Strategic Guidance and other organisational requirements.
