DREAMS - Defence remote electronic access and mobility service

DREAMS (Defence remote electronic access and mobility service) is a digital gateway that enables authorised Defence personnel to access the Defence protected network remotely.

Access

DREAMS can be accessed from any web browser on any non-Defence protected device.

Setup

These initial steps are required to establish DREAMS access:

  1. Request and receive a DREAMS account with multi-factor authentication (token, Apple phone app, or DCAC card reader and PIN) via the Defence ICT Service Centre.
  2. Download and install the Citrix Workspace App for the relevant type of desktop or mobile device.
  3. To optimise Skype meeting voice and video quality, download and install the Citrix HDX RealTime Media Engine to a desktop/laptop device.

Once DREAMS access has been established, use one of the login buttons on this page depending on the authentication method.
