Defence Education, Learning and Training Authority

Defence Education, Learning and Training Authority (DELTA) is part of the Australian Defence College and sets the strategic direction, policy, governance and oversight of the individual education and training domain at Defence.

DELTA is responsible for the Defence learning and technology environment, developing and managing systems that support effective learning across the enterprise.

The Authority also acts as the Defence Registered Training Organisation. It is responsible for providing and advising on nationally accredited training and skills recognition for the Australian Defence Force (ADF), and delivers the ADF Transition Civil Recognition Project.
