Reception Period course

Overview

The Reception Period (RP) is a program for selected international personnel and part of the Military Preparation and Familiarisation course series.

The program familiarises students with Australia and Australian military environments prior to their attendance on subsequent courses.

Learning outcomes

During the Reception Period, course members will gain knowledge and awareness of Australian customs, the Australian Defence Force (ADF), and mandatory training topics such as work health and safety.
