Learn eXcel Perform: Global

Learn eXcel Perform (LXP) is the digital learning platform for enterprise and corporate course delivery in Defence. LXP enhances the learning experience through a user-friendly interface.

LXP: Global is the platform version available to Defence stakeholders. Stakeholders include industry partners, academics and some contractors. 

LXP: Global allows stakeholders, without a Defence email address, to access Defence online learning to complete mandatory awareness or job specific training to meet their obligations of engagement. Defence stakeholders are recommended to discuss these obligations with their Defence contact person (sponsor).

Access

Users are required to:

• create an account by accessing the LXP: Global login on this page
• authenticate registration details.

During registration, users will need to enter their Defence sponsor’s details. The user's company email domain may be verified with their Defence sponsor prior to activation. The user may also be asked details about their current employer and the Group or Service who engaged them.

Courses

A full list of current courses is available in the platform. Users will be directed to specific courses by their Defence sponsor.

Campus Anywhere

Information for users:

• LXP replaced Campus Anywhere from 1 July, 2024. All course names and codes remain the same in LXP.
• Any Campus Anywhere based training that was previously in progress needs to be recommenced in LXP: Global.
• Learning history currently stored in Campus Anywhere has not been migrated to LXP: Global. These historic completion records will be stored separately for auditing and records management purposes.
