Division 5 of the Australian Naval Classification (ANC) Rules applies to surface or sub-surface remote-operated uncrewed, autonomous Naval Vessels.
- Part 1 – ANC Rules: specifies the mandatory requirements that must be applied in the design of a Naval Vessel. It includes the goals, functional objectives and performance requirements for the vessel.
- Part 2 – Solutions to ANC Rules: provides the technical standards, code of practice and classification rules.
- Part 3 – Guidance to ANC Rules: includes guidance on the application of Part 2, verification activities.
