The Estate Works Program (EWP) delivers facilities and infrastructure maintenance projects aimed at restoring or sustaining capability. EWP projects are valued from $10k to $15m, and focus on addressing safety and compliance requirements on the Defence estate.
As of Friday 28 March 2025 the Australian Government has entered a caretaker period. An update to the EWP Tender Forecast (formally Forward Works Program) is currently being planned for release following the formation of a new Government.
The tender forecast will provide details of planned tender releases over a 12 month period to assist industry in planning for future opportunities.
Once released, all EWP opportunities are published via AusTender. Industry can register for AusTender notifications of new opportunities.
