The Defence Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Reserve Assistance Program (RAP) are free, confidential and professional counselling services to help people resolve problems that may impact their life.
EAP services are provided by Converge International and available for:
- all eligible Defence Australian Public Service (APS) employees, their immediate family members and their supervisors/managers
- Australian Defence Force (ADF) Reservists and their immediate family members
- Officers or Instructors of ADF Cadets, Cadets, and their immediate families
- former ADF members and their immediate family members who become distressed during the process of submitting an allegation or complaint to the independent legal firm DLA Phillips Fox for review.
