Learn eXcel Perform (LXP) is the digital learning platform for enterprise and corporate course delivery in Defence. LXP enhances the learning experience through a user-friendly interface.
From 1 July 2024, LXP replaced Campus/Campus Anywhere. Course codes and course names have remained the same.
Defence personnel, including Australian Defence Force Reservists, with a Defence email address, are required to use LXP: Official Sensitive (LXP: OS) to undertake all enterprise and corporate learning. This includes all mandatory awareness training, eLearning and instructor led training nominations. Defence courses that are linked to a PMKeys Proficiency and completed in LXP are recorded in PMKeyS.
Defence stakeholders, including industry partners, academics, and contractors, without a Defence email address will need to go to the Learn eXcel Perform: Global (LXP: Global) page to access Defence online learning to complete mandatory awareness or job specific training.
Access
Access to LXP: OS is available via the login on this page, as well as on the Defence Protected Environment (DPE).
Before accessing LXP: OS login off the DPE, users must first set-up multi-factor authentication/Microsoft Authenticator while on the DPE. Visit the Vera page and follow instructions under the heading ‘Login outside DPE’. Access to these instructions are also available on the intranet on either the Vera or LXP pages.
