For advertising campaigns of $250,000 or more, Chief Executives are required to certify that the campaign complies with relevant government guidelines and policies - i.e. the Australian Government Interim Guidelines on Information and Advertising Campaigns (July 2022), administered by Department of Finance.
Campaign advertising certification statements are then published after a campaign launch.
