Initial Business Case (IBC)

The Initial Business Case (IBC) is used to screen estate facilities and infrastructure requirements for the Defence estate and to determine the viability of a projects facility and infrastructure requirements for further development. An IBC supports early planning activities for new Defence-wide projects and activities to ensure best use of the Defence estate.
