A farewell ceremony to thank the Australian primary health team
members was conducted in Dhanni. The ceremony thanked the Australian
contingent for their work and support in the Neelum Valley region.
Members of the Australian primary health team conducted medical
consultations in the remote villages in the Neelum Valley, including
Balgran. Local Balgran community leader Jaffar Hussein presents
Colonel Andy Sims (Commanding Officer of Operation Pakistan Assist)
a plaque. The inscription reads: In recognition of the services
of Australian Joint Task Force 632 by the people of Balgran. Jaffar
Hussein is wearing an Australian Army cap that was presented to
him by Colonel Andy Sims.
